ABOUT ZACK

Leadership at the intersection of people, systems, and accountability.

I have spent more than two decades working in high-reliability aviation organizations, where small problems compound quickly and clarity matters. I am a CW4 Army aviation officer, Apache pilot, operations leader, and data practitioner with a finance foundation and an MBA in Data Analytics.

My career has moved through flight operations, production control, training, maintenance, logistics, safety, analytics, and organizational leadership. The common thread is simple: understand how the whole system works, make the priorities visible, give people useful tools, and follow through until performance changes.

As I prepare to transition from military service, I am focused on senior operations, strategy, program leadership, transformation, and public-sector roles where disciplined execution and clear decision support can make a meaningful difference.
